Cariboutleg

The artist “Caribou” had a release called Our Love which I was inspired by musically. I liked their album cover too, so took a similar “bootleg” approach and created my own inspired graphic design piece. I tried breaking from the original by using more vibrant colours. Lief Padhjosky is also a major influence for the types of patterns over the colours, as he uses deep subtle patterns with psychedelia feel to them.

This of course wouldn’t be a commissioned piece, it’s just an experimentation along my journey.
